16 Ounces Fully Cooked Kielbasa, Cut into 1/2 In. Slices
1 Cup Whole-Berry Cranberry Sauce (Or Cherry Preserves), Warmed
8 Ounces Wisconsin Smoked Cheddar Cheese, Cut into Wedges
Fresh Thyme Leaves
Picks or Toothpicks
Method
- Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add kielbasa; cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until browned.
- Thread the cranberries (or cherries), cheddar wedges, and kielbasa on picks. Garnish with thyme leaves.
