Ingredients
ingredients 1 Sunkist® mandarin, segmented, diced 1/2 medium apple, peeled, diced 2 tablespoons dried cranberries 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 1 tablespoon Sunkist® lemon juice 1 whole grain tortilla (8 inches) 8 spinach leaves 2 slices thinly sliced turkey 1 tablespoon feta cheese
Method
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the mandarins, apples and cranberries
- In a second bowl, combine Greek yogurt and lemon juice. Spread over tortilla
- Layer tortilla with spinach, fruit mixture, turkey and feta cheese. Roll up tightly.
